It's that time of year again!

We’re thrilled to invite you to this year’s “Keeping It Fresh” workshop, proudly hosted by InTogether.

This event was created by teachers, for teachers—a space where passionate educators can come together to share ideas, swap activities, and inspire each other to keep things fun, effective, and engaging in the classroom.

Let’s connect, collaborate, and keep the energy alive in our classrooms—because great teaching should never go stale.

  • FORMAT

    This will be an in-person event, but it will be recorded. Online MAY be an option, but we are still working on details. There is no cost for the event.

  • LUNCH

    There will be a sandwich bar lunch available for ¥1,000, including soft drinks. You are also welcome to bring or purchase your own lunch. There is a convenience store within walking distance.

  • SOCIAL

    The event will be followed by a BBQ social. The cost will be ¥2,500/person, including soft drinks. If you'd prefer something harder, please BYOB. There is a convenience store nearby. Presenters will get a discount of ¥1,000.

  • SCHEDULE

    Presentations will be held from 10:00AM~5:00PM. There will be three parts to the presentations:

    1. (10:00~12:00) Spotlight Presentations

    Each presentation will be 45 minutes and will offer more of a “Big Picture” perspective.

    2. (1:00~3:00) Activity Shares

    Each “share” will be 15 minutes and be fun and practical. A “use on Monday” kind of thing.

    3. (3:15~5:00) Free for All

    No need to register to present. Just teachers having a good time sharing! Feel free to bring props or materials to share your ideas with the gang!
